Eutectic at 390°F (199°C), avoiding heat damage and substrate deformation. Solid - .020" x .500" ribbon on 1 lb spool. Caution! Soldering aluminum requires a compatible aluminum flux. Kapp Golden Flux is designed to work with KappAloy solders in low temperature aluminum soldering.
